According to Texas Transportation Institute’s Urban Mobility Report, commuters in many major U.S. cities are spending more time in their cars during rush hour traffic than ever. Of all the cities listed, Seattle is the only one to buck the trend: from 1997 to 2007, Seattleites have seen a decrease in time wasted sitting in rush hour traffic.
