		<description>Please be sure to instruct bicycle commuters stop at red lights, in particular for pedestrians crossing sidewalks.  I have nearly been hit several times in the Belltown area.  Also, to use recommended commuting routes.  For example, Highway 99 during rush hour is not a good place for bike commuters, and causes danger for buses carrying a large number of commuters.
