		<description>The changes are really helpful and many thanks to WSDOT and Seattle PD for following up on this, but at the end of the day irrespective of what is done and what is not done, cyclists are responsible for their own safety.  If it doesn&#039;t look safe and you don&#039;t have any escape route to safety, consider an alternative option to the route you would normally take.  Hopefully the enforcement will be enough to stop us from mourning yet another cyclist getting hit in what&#039;s already been a pretty bad year.</description>
