While we're expecting something shortly, it's often the case that the judge has other competing priorities. For example, the 6th amendment in the US constitution (via the US Supreme Court's application of the Due Process Clause of the 14th amendment) gives citizens a right to a fair and speedy trial. No doubt there are other things on the Judge's plate. We look forward to a ruling soon, though, on a fair and safe *trail*.
