		<description>Yes, indeed Judge Rogers said the ruling would be by January 6th.  While we&#039;re expecting something shortly, it&#039;s often the case that the judge has other competing priorities.  For example, the 6th amendment in the US constitution (via the US Supreme Court&#039;s application of the Due Process Clause of the 14th amendment) gives citizens a right to a fair and speedy trial.  No doubt there are other things on the Judge&#039;s plate.  We look forward to a ruling soon, though, on a fair and safe *trail*.  We&#039;ll be sure to communicate the outcome to you and the community via blog and press.
