The West Thomas St Bridge under construction on the west side of Lower Queen Anne is about $10 million, and that's probably a comparable length to what you'd need here, with the necessary gently slope. However, how much more would it cost to make a wheelchair/bike accessible bridge? Perhaps even a steep one like the one down by Franklin High crossing Rainier Ave or 132nd south crossing 599?
