		<description>I would highly recommend you wear a brightly colored jacket (not dark, black or other fashionable attire!) so cars can see you no question. A light on front and back.</description>

		<description>If you&#039;re going to be out after dark, please use lights, even for short trips, even on bike trails. A good lighting setup is at least as important for nighttime safety as a helmet. Being visible and seeing what&#039;s in front of you helps you avoid collisions. Once you have a collision, there&#039;s only so much a helmet can do.</description>
