		<description>Most of the route is on trails or lightly traveled roads. There are some sections along busy roads, however, so you would want to be comfortable riding on road as well. We&#039;ll also have guided groups for anyone interested in riding with a lead and sweep.</description>

		<description>So I guess with so mush exposure, Kent may actually remove all the gravel and dirt that has accumulated on the trail between W Meeker &amp; S Kent Des Moines Rd!! You practically need a mountian bike to navigate that portion.</description>
