		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. In particular, as both a runner and a biker, I think we should all be vastly more polite to others on trails AND on the roads. West Lake Sammamish Parkway has become very dangerous because we don&#039;t practice the simple rule: When passing, slow down, give space and alert the people you are passing with either your voice or a bell.</description>
