In particular, as both a runner and a biker, I think we should all be vastly more polite to others on trails AND on the roads. West Lake Sammamish Parkway has become very dangerous because we don't practice the simple rule: When passing, slow down, give space and alert the people you are passing with either your voice or a bell.
