This is a nice program. I have some feedback for you. First, I think it's great, and I'll look for it when considering potential employers in the future. I bike commute and I absolutely won't work somewhere where bike commuting is impractical.

However, this is far too bike focused. I personally do not care if my employer specifically advocates bicycling or sends bicycling specific emails. Many companies look at bicycling as one component of an overall trip reduction strategy that includes carpooling, transit, walking, vanpooling AND bicycling. If the end result is that I have a safe place to lock my bike and a hot shower in nearly every building, that's what's truly important.

[...] From Cascade: The percentage of bike commuters in Seattle alone increased by 22% from 2009 to 2010, according to US Census data. This increase can be seen during the morning rush hour as swarms of people riding bikes exit the Bainbridge Island ferry, crest the hill on Dexter Avenue into downtown, and huff it to and from suburban communities.
The BizCycle link in the body of the article is broken, looks like it's actually a "mail-to" link. The logo in the header works as a link.
