The event registration forms will not be available until February 5, 10am. You will need to print each event's registration form from that event's registration page, complete it, and mail the forms with the coupons to Cascade. The Expo coupon can be redeemed at the ticket booth. You can use the membership coupon now by printing a membership form (http://www.cascade.org/pdf/cbcmform.pdf), completing it, and mailing it with the coupon to Cascade.
